Reaching out for help is a brave step, and I’m truly glad you’re here.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your teen, I’m ready to walk alongside you on the path toward healing.
As humans, we’re wired for connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. Yet, life’s challenges – whether stress, anxiety, trauma, loss, relationship struggles, or burnout – can disrupt these vital connections. Without support, this can leave us feeling disconnected, disempowered, and overwhelmed.
My work is rooted in attachment theory and informed by trauma-focused approaches and somatic (body-centered) therapies, helping you or your loved one build resilience from the inside out.
Yes, things can get better!
Hi, I’m Miché and I’m glad you’re here. Whether you are an adult seeking support for yourself, or are looking for support for a child or youth in your life, I am here to help. With over eighteen years of experience, and specialized training in trauma, attachment, narrative therapy, emotion focused and somatic therapies. But most importantly, I offer compassionate, attuned and effective approaches to healing.
You can expect me to listen deeply, recognizing both the challenges and the inherent strengths in you and your story. Together, we’ll build new insights and develop practical ways to help you build connection, confidence, and trust in yourself.
I wish to acknowledge this land on which my practice resides, Giche-name-wiikwedong, or “Great Sturgeon Bay,” as it was called before it was re-named Owen Sound by settlers. This land is the traditional territory of the Anishinabek Nation: The People of the Three Fires known as the Ojibway, Odawa and Pottawatomie Nations. It is the traditional territory of the Anishnaabeg, Ojibway/Chippewa, Haudensauneee and Metis peoples. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties. Today, this land is still the home to many Indigenous people, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to hold my practice here.
