With over eighteen years of experience, my background in attachment-oriented, trauma-informed approaches and body-focused therapy (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy) allows for a deep and holistic healing process.

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: This powerful approach helps you “befriend your nervous system.” By tuning into bodily sensations and movement impulses, I can help you to release stored tension from stress and trauma, helping you come into a place of greater safety, calm, and connection within yourself.
  • Cognitive and Emotion-focused Approaches: Exploring how your thoughts and feelings factor into your actions and your understanding of the world.
